It all began with a daring idea that seemed almost impossible: what if shrimp could meet chocolate? That spark became the starting point of WikiWiki’s journey.

Over the course of two full years (2024–2026), the company dedicated its research and efforts to turning this bold vision into reality. The challenge was immense: how could the powerful taste of seafood — known for its intensity — be combined with the richness and sweetness of chocolate?
We chose chocolate because it is the universal language of indulgence — capable of transforming even the wildest ideas into pure delight.

Through extensive research in food technology, WikiWiki succeeded in integrating shrimp into an innovative chocolate bar without losing its nutritional value, while controlling the strong aroma and ensuring the flavors blended in perfect harmony. Step by step, the world’s first shrimp chocolate bar was born.

A unique innovation worthy of a global brand

To further honor this inspiration, we chose names deeply rooted in Hawaiian culture and nature. Kai, meaning “sea,” and Moana, meaning “ocean,” were chosen to reflect the brand’s profound connection to nature and the elements that shape the Hawaiian spirit.
